Sunday 14th April saw our first visitors of the season here at Templars, a group of ramblers from the Limoges area. They arrived around 11.15am and we went on a circular walk from the house, via the site of the famous "Roche Blanche" of St Paul, through the village (church etc.) and back to Templars.
Lunch was eaten in the Guard Room, transformed into a dining room for 20 for the occasion! Afterwards they had a guided tour of the gardens and of the property, both exterior and interior. Tea was served and then Paul gave a talk on his time in the pop industry. The last of the group left at 7.15pm. A busy day but well worthwhile, we had a great time and met some very nice people, what’s more the sun shone, 30°'s in the shade !!
